- All goods and services advertised must conform to current laws and regulations in Australia.
- All ads must be in English
- The Believers Guide reserves the right, at our discretion to change, modify, add, reject, remove and in some cases edit, all ads placed on The Believers Guide without prior consultation. We reserve the right to add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time.
- The Believers Guide is not liable or involved in the actual transaction between buyer and seller. The Believers Guide does not carry any responsibility over buyers and sellers property.
- The Believers Guide makes no representation or warranties concerning the quality or legality of the items sold or purchased through this website.
Accuracy of listing
You must accurately describe each item in your listing the best you can. You are liable for any errors or omissions in your description. Any brand name or other indication or origin or manufacture which you include in your listing must be completely accurate and not capable of misleading any customer.
Prohibitions
As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the sale of any item, the listing itself, and all activity or communication you make in connection with any transaction
WILL NOT: a) Be capable of infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. b) Breach any applicable law, whether criminal, tortuous or otherwise. c) Be offensive, obscene, pornographic, insulting, false, unreliable or misleading.

- All goods and/or services advertised must conform to current laws and regulations in Australia. All ads must be in English. Ads containing porn, nudity, paedophilia, drug paraphernalia, racism, slander or other inappropriate material are not acceptable and will be reported to the correct authorities and removed without notice immediately.
- Please do not place more than one version of the same ad.
- All content on this site is the property of The Believers Guide excluding sellers products advertised. Reproduction, modification, distribution, transmissions or display of the content on the website is strictly prohibited.
- The Believers Guide is not responsible for any emails that are lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible, or failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, which may limit a subscriber's ability to use the website.
